We've recently moved into the Talavera Apartments and we love it here! The grounds are beautiful and very well kept. Our kids love riding their scooters around the walkways, playing at the different play grounds, and swimming in the pool. We had our first maintenance issue and they sent someone out right away. He was very nice and fixed everything super quick! 5 stars all around

Great apartments. I would recommend this place to anyone. I do not have any complaints. The staff has even gone to our apartment when we were out of town to make sure a package has not arrived. Excellent customer service.

Talavera Apartments are a fantastic complex and have provided me a great experience thus far. My unit is spacious and the property is very clean. There is also minimal to no noise from other units...the ambiance of the buildings is great. The locations is just down the road from outlet malls, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is also near both a middle school and an elementary school...I would definitely recommend it to anyone and am thoroughly enjoying my time here.

I lived at Talavera for three years, and really enjoyed it. Maintenance was always quick to fix things for me. Management was great, the grounds were always kept. I recently moved out because I bought my own home, but wanted to let them know how much I enjoyed living there. For anyone looking for an apartment, I would really recommend this place. They have a great pool, which I will miss.

My overall experience was the best of all leased places I have lived, for the following reasons: - Every part of the property was well-maintained; the pool, fitness room, and apartments - The staff was top notch, always nice and professional Jacqueline Ellvinger always quickly assisted me with any issues; they all did, but she stood out.

These apartments are awesome!! Management is incredible, maintenance is knowledgeable and fast! Plus they always have a smile and say hi!! The facilities are incredible! Nice basketball court, pool, and common areas to spend time with family! Grade A place to live!
