We've recently moved into the Talavera Apartments and we love it here! The grounds are beautiful and very well kept. Our kids love riding their scooters around the walkways, playing at the different play grounds, and swimming in the pool. We had our first maintenance issue and they sent someone out right away. He was very nice and fixed everything super quick! 5 stars all around

Talavera Apartments are a fantastic complex and have provided me a great experience thus far. My unit is spacious and the property is very clean. There is also minimal to no noise from other units...the ambiance of the buildings is great. The locations is just down the road from outlet malls, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is also near both a middle school and an elementary school...I would definitely recommend it to anyone and am thoroughly enjoying my time here.

I lived at Talavera for three years, and really enjoyed it. Maintenance was always quick to fix things for me. Management was great, the grounds were always kept. I recently moved out because I bought my own home, but wanted to let them know how much I enjoyed living there. For anyone looking for an apartment, I would really recommend this place. They have a great pool, which I will miss.

My overall experience was the best of all leased places I have lived, for the following reasons: - Every part of the property was well-maintained; the pool, fitness room, and apartments - The staff was top notch, always nice and professional Jacqueline Ellvinger always quickly assisted me with any issues; they all did, but she stood out.

Just recently ended my lease here and it was a great first start for my first year living in Santa Fe. Maintenance team was on top of things and were very appreciative of how well maintained I kept the unit. Thank you to the ladies of the office for their help with anything I needed.

It has been wonderful ever since I got into our apartment. It's such a wonderful community, and I don't hope to leave anytime soon. I just love everything about your community. It is so ideal. The lawn is ever green all year round. The receptionist and support staffs are exceptional.

I've been living at Talavera Apartments for almost two months now, and I'm very happy here. The staff is wonderful! I also like that it's quiet in my apartment, the grounds and laundry building seem well kept, and there is sufficient parking near my unit. I look forward to living here for a long time.

This property is not only beautiful, clean and safe, it is quiet, the office staff is awesome and the maintenance crew is tireless! The apartment occupants are surprisingly friendly. A pet friendly community makes it all the more desirable! I highly recommend it!

The grounds are beautiful and unusually green. The community is safe (at least we never had any issues) and quiet. Maintenance always comes in a timely manner and they are courteous people. The gym was recently renovated. The biggest pro of all is Jacqueline Ellvinger from the leasing office. Her customer service skills are very impressive and she is so kind and authentic. Thank you Jackie!!!
